Cars Stationary wheel rims "blur" while modding car

I'm using 3dSimEd3 to import a .kn5, replacing some .fbx objects, saving the .fbx modified car, and using KS editor to convert to .kn5.
I am not touching the wheel / rim objects in any way.
But for some reason, the wheel rim on the mod becomes "rim blur". I first noticed it in AC content manager when I looked at the finished car. But now I see it happens when I import the original .kn5 into 3DSimEd3, with no modifications at all. And unfortunately I'm not experienced enough to know how to fix this.
Any help is appreciated.

I am having the same problem, but I've changed the wheels in some cars and this occur for all of them. Note that in content manager the wheels are not blurred, just when I go race or when I open the .kn5 file in 3DSimED3.

In 3DSimED3, if you go on DISPLAY and then in SHADER FILTER and disable the ksperpixelreflection the blur stop, but that doesn't change anything on the game.

NOTE: In game, when the car reaches enough speed for the wheel texture became blurred, it doesn't happends.

3dsimed is not actually meant to be used for editing AC cars, it's for converting between games. This is just one of the many things that it messes up.
