No bug or any problem for me but i tested it only for one quick race!
If someone tested more a reply would be appreciated!

You have to restart your career and it will works fine!

I think about something: my database is before the update. If you have patched your f1 2012 it may not work!

send me the new database and i will make an other one!

Can you make a career start with Sauber F1 team?
that would be great. And without lost of power from cars.

PS: now after the update i also tryed top 3 teams, and didn't work.
So maybe Starting with Sauber won't work either.

Anyone can update the mod?. I tried figure how to do by myself but i don't know where i need touch to make other teams like Ferrari or McLaren as starting teams.

I opened my database.bin
Went to F1teams. Changed the tiers sauber/Mercedes/Lotus with HRT/Marussia/Caterham.
Started a new career and didn't gave me a choice between sauber merc and lotus.

How do i start with those better F1 cars??
