Spa setup for the Ferrari 4/5T GTP

I don't usually do qualy setups. This one is good for a little less than three laps if the boost is at 100% and Damage/Penalties are enabled. It'll last all day at 80% boost and I'm not sure how long at 90%. (P.S. When it blows, it doesn't go BANG, it just...stops.)
