I'll pop in tonight thunder and lightning permitting.

'nother noob question or 2 - can I start up STCC or Evo and still join, or must one fire up Race07?

And if i installed the thunder fps fix into Race, will it work if I now start up with STCC?

You will be fine joining with EVO. I have before and it worked fiine. Never checked STCC though.
The thunder will work in all 3 of the sims.

EVO is brilliant Jean. It also allows you to donwload setups whilst in your garage.
And in Time attack it has driving lines which help with learning at track quicker.
Plus its easier to add vehicle mods as there is more space for them. Adding vehicle mods in Race07 is somewhat on the difficult side

Along with Mark Guy and myself we are TEAM SA
So for all the work and help he has given us he is automatically invited to join if he wants. He is also a very good driver and seems a wizz with the setups.
Also he great grandmother come too SA for a week in 1889, thus he is South African (Joking)

You can also start up with STCC.

install this fix before you try, solves an issue with the file size of the thnder samples which reult in game stutters for some users.

cool thanks - i was actually playing around a bit last night and was getting some stuttering. seemed to go away when i reduced the AA level, but this seems more likely.

Thanks Jean, yes i felt very left out of things but am trying to get it rectified.
Always ready for a scrap at the back, but obviously not with you, as you are always way up the order.
