I see that when I install sol,it creates a MOD folder or unzips into a MOD folder,is that right?

I followed each step in the install guide which tells you to first update the shaders patch to 185 then unzip the mod into the core folder.

What files do I delete to start again?

You shouldn't have a folder named "MODS" in your ..../steamapps/common/assettocorsa folder.
1st step have a look if you've got one.

If you've got one .... that's not installed correctly. Its content has to be placed in assettocorsa root folder.
To correct the wrong install, Open this MODS folder, select the 4 folders and move them to the assettocorsa root folder.

EDIT: I'll see the result tomorrow ... high time for bed !

EDIT2: I made a mistake ...
Correction: Open MODS folder, open subfolder Sol, move the 4 folders App, content, extension and system to assettocorsa root folder.

That did not work.
Sol config not showing in apps in game or Sol weather.

Try simply dragging the zip file into CM and install it there, afterward reinstall the latest CSP in CM's setting menu.

I was having a similar issue when I installed Sol manually. It kept stating version 1.2.4 instead of 1.3.1 in the Sol Config app. Installing through CM fix it for me.

That doesn't work either, refuses to install that way ,I get a circle with a line through it.

Sol config and Sol weather is ticked in apps settings, they are ticked in AC general settings but they don't show on the side bar in game.

Driving me nuts this.

Seems to be working if I selected a sol scheme in content manager but no sol config or sol weather app on the sidebar.

I installed The Setup Market App the same way and that shows up.

This happens if you run Content Manager as administrator (which is also the case when you start CM through SimCommander). Run CM by double clicking on it so it will run as the current user. Then you can drop the archive onto CM and it will accept it.

I do n’t know if it ’s possible,
Is it possible to exclude car interiors from auto exposure compensation?
At present, if you have a MOD vehicle with a dark interior, you can't solve the problem of the outside scenery becoming too bright from the cockpit perspective.

And i'm wondering, why there is no systems folder in the /python folder. Rename the file to system.zip and extract the "system" folder to the python folder. Just a try...

Edit!
Yes definitely do this. I tried it. Without that folder, sol_weather and sol_config will not appear in the list...
