SOL weather selection not passed by content manager

Strange issue, may have to reload and try again. SOL works just fine in game. However when I try to set the weather in Content Manager it does not pass to the game it seems. I can open up the panel in the game and set it but not from Content Manager. Also there are two copies of some of the SOL settings when selecting the weather. I assume when I installed Horizons 2 it copied another version of SOL in or something. Anyone see this before?

Reinstalled and that fixed it. Might have been an update but going to all latest and greatest stable worked.
