Smaller track support/custom track design tools

I would love to see lesser known tracks like the Autobahn Country Club in Illinois in the game, but if not then it would be cool to give players the ability to create tracks (either from scratch or from real life whether it be through google maps or something else) so that there is more variety of tracks to race on. This way the community can recreate tracks and share them with each other that others may want to race but are not included in any sims.
