Also the site is very slow in build-up.

What is the problem with the site?
Whatever I try to download, it come at approx. 100-150kb/s speed.
And thishave been the case for a week now...
I don't have any issues with any other sites.

I tried a dozen different dutch servers at speedtest.net, all run fine. But RD ... 50 kb/s for the third evening in a row. Dang, Telekom consumer VDSL

With my company's business symmetric Telekom fiber it is all fine, so it is faster for me to download it there and copy it to my end over VPN, lol.

Hmm, not sure what's going on with the links between RD and Deutsche Telekom  but as you may have noticed above, there were some major issues with them in the last few months.

Same Problem here.
Also Telekom. But when i try to download with my Phone over WLAN its faster. Same Networks. Other Downloads from other Sites are working fine. Yesterday SOL needs around 2hrs.

Best advice we can give you is still in this post above. Only your ISP can offer any assistance with this I'm afraid.

Hello,

I can't really remember since when I started experimenting this issue, few weeks ago more or less.

RaceDepartment works really slow for me and when I try to download any content, the download speed is around 80-100kb/s, when it used to be near 15mb/s (only here). I've been asking other people that also live in Spain and they seem to be affected too. And some people from other countries too. It happens with any browser or with any device.

With this, I ended with the conclusion that it's a RaceDepartment issue and not mine.

Hopefully, this gets fixed soon.

Thanks for your attention,

Javire

One of the problems with torrents are that although not all torrents are illegal and some people do use them for 100% legal reasons, some countries have torrent sites blocked (The UK does so I assume others do too)

Also I just ran a test from the UK connecting to a Brazilian VPN server and downloaded a 119MB file in around 7 Minutes.
I wanna download a 119MB file in 5 seconds bruh

Hello! I've been having this issue since a month ago or so (slow download speed/website functioning 100kb/s). I've read few threads in this forum and all of them seem to recommend you to contact your ISP. I contacted them and asked if they had any issue when connecting to RD, but they didn't. They said something like it might be related to a package loss. I don't know if it can be RD's bad so I just notify it and hopefully this gets fixed soon to enjoy this place!

Well, if they didn't have an issue connecting to us, then they need to explain to you why YOU as their customer, using their network, do have an issue. Maybe they are using traffic management or something. If they wanted to duck responsibility, they'd need to say something more like "yeah we have the issue too, so it's all RD's fault" :D
