Slip diff adjustment on the fly

Is it possible to add through the .ini or something the ability to adjust the Differential under load on the fly? With formula cars once tyres get a bit worn you only have brake bias to change the balance of the car effectively (some cars will also have traction control which will make things better) which makes the tyres less efficient far sooner than irl.
