Vzhľady sú z režimu Lotus 98T, stačí ich vložiť do priečinka Team Lotus, to znamená Gamedata / Vehicles / LOTUS_98T / LOTUS_98T / Team / TeamLotus a vybrať požadovaný vzhľad

Skins are from Lotus 98T mode, just put it in the Team Lotus folder, it means Gamedata / Vehicles / LOTUS_98T / LOTUS_98T / Team / TeamLotus and choose the skin you want
