I have already one Simcommander4 with SimVibe license and this week I ordered the AccuForce Pro V2 DD steering wheel and in the package it contains a new Simcommander4 license. Can I use the second license for SimVibe to and transfer the first license to someone else?

Just check with Simexperience guys, I understood they stopped transferring Simvibe licences. They will transfer hardware related licences no issue.
