it's not working. i open it and i try to download the new updates and when it starts after ive typed the password, it says like connection failed. 530 login authentication failed. surely it's not just me???

Same thing here. Originally I had the other error message, but after udating now I get this one. Have tried without windows firewall and also it is added to the 3rd party firewall but still does not work.

hi guys, are you using version 3.0?
when i had to rebuild my pc i updated to the newer version of sim-sync pro
i have just ran sim sync and it worked fine for me

Had an issue earlier as well, but after updating to latest version problem was fixed.

Solved...

Need to check the prefer main server option.
