SimHub/ShakeIt custom effect documentation?

I have been experimenting with my bass shakers using my DAW software, and I'm trying to figure out if I can recreate the custom effect with SimHub. Unfortunately I have zero info on how the custom effects work (or don't work). Can someone point me in the right direction where I can find info on building custom effects? Google isn't being very helpful.

info on how the custom effects work
ShakeIt custom effects are about using custom telemetry.
They have no more capability for shaping actual tactile effects than do other available effects,
for which search for shake at https://github.com/SHWotever/SimHub/wiki.

Some additional information may be gleaned from the discord and forum.
For the discord, click Live Support at https://www.simhubdash.com/.

Custom telemetry involves formulae using so-called NCalc or Javascript,
for which also search at that wiki.
and properties, which can be searched in the SimHub application under Available properties
but for which I know of no useful references.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't sure if the custom effects would expand on the audio basics SimHub includes out of the box.

Not having checked every other effect, audio controls so far are all the same as for custom:
audio.jpg

  • audio output level applied to response filter output
  • whether its output should be separately routed and named (supposing multiple of an effect, e.g. layering for complex tones or chords)
  • whether frequency is based on telemetry value before or after response filter
  • frequency associated with lowest telemetry values
  • frequency associated with highest telemetry values
  • whether this effect mutes others (presumably into the same output channel?)
  • whether and how much output frequency should be semi-randomly dithered
  • (having never used it, don't know whether delay applies to output onset and/or decay)
