McLaren career/season 1 Spanish GP/Comfortable and balance setup for Qualy and race
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1836577285

Wheel (G27) Setup for Qualy and Race. McLaren season 1 (3 minor AERO upgrade +1 minor Chassis upgrade+2 Minor and 1 major PU upgrade),TC and ABS = Off

Qualy Time= 1:18:039 on Softs for P6 in Q3 (1:19:1xx on Mediums)
S1= 21:896
S2= 29:367
S3= 26:774

My fastest Lap during the race (50% race) = 1:20:562 on 2 laps old Mediums at the start of my 3rd stint. (the race strategy was soft-medium-medium)

Qualy strategy for Q3
Do a initial Lap with a worn soft Set at the start of Q3, then start your ultimate lap with a Brand new set with a manual out-lap for reaching the best Tyre temp at the start of your Ultimate lap.(at least 96 C on each tyre)

Hybrid allocation for Qualy:
Overtake mode at the main straight, High mode from the T1 to the Corner before the second DRS zone, Overtake mode for that straight, High mode at the end of that straight to the last Corner, overtake mode to the finish line.

* With this setup you will have equal (almost) Tyre wear rate for the front and rear Tyres

McLaren career/season 1 Monaco GP/Comfortable and balance setup for Qualy and race
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1836559720

Wheel (G27) Setup for Qualy and Race. McLaren season 1 (3 minor AERO upgrade +1 minor Chassis upgrade+2 Minor and 1 major PU upgrade),TC and ABS = Off

Qualy time= 1:09:752 on soft in Q3 (1:10:000 on mediums in Q2)
S1= 18:551
S2= 33:057
S3= 18:143
it wasn't a great lap as i couldn't put all of my best sectors in 1 lap(the S2 above wasn't my best S2 as i F**** up the hairpin with too much inside kerb:D ), if i want to put all of my best sectors together (virtually) it should be at least around 1:09:5xx

My fastest Lap during the race (50% race) = 1:12:493 on Mediums at the start of my first stint. the race strategy was 18 laps on medium- 21 laps on hard.
race lap times (my first lap+fastest lap excluded) first lap to the last lap of the first stint 1:12:700 to 1:14:2xx , first lap to the last lap of second stint between 1:13:7xx to 1:15:3xx

Qualy strategy for Q3
Do a initial Lap with a worn soft Set at the start of Q3, then start your ultimate lap with a Brand new set with a fast out-lap for reaching the best Tyre temp at the start of your Ultimate lap, you will have the tyre and ERS to do the next lap too.

Simple Hybrid allocation for Qualy:
Overtake mode from the start to Casino, High from Casino to the Tunnel, Overtake mode at the start of the tunnel to the chicane, High mode to the last Corner and then overtake mode to the finish line.

* For the cars with lower downforce than Mclaren or to be a little more confident on your car you can add 1 click on rear and front aero.
* You have to use weight transfer for better time and best cornering at Casino section.
* Change brake bias to 54-55 for the race.
* Tyre wear will be more on the rear ones but nothing very serious, wear on front/rear ratio will be almost 2 on front and 3 on rear.
* You can be naughty at the post-tunnel chicane and the last chicane to gain even more time, but i don't recommend it as you'll lose big chunk of your front wing.

You want to do setups for the RedBull please?
I believe you can use these setups for redbull in Monaco and Spain(at the time i made the setups my car was almost on par with redbull in term of AERO, just a little lower), it should be a little more oversteery and loose at the back for redbull, so add one click on the Rear wing if your car's rear end is too loose, if it doesn't work add 5% to your "off throttle diff" if you have oversteer when you are off throttle.
lower "off throttle diff" = more oversteer when you are off throttle at entry and mid-corner (slow speed corners)
the best scenario(for me) is to play with diff to get better cornering instead of using high amount of front wing, as in race if you have a little more wing degree you will be overtaken by every car at the straights

McLaren career/season 1 Canadian GP/Comfortable setup for Qualy and race

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1845761508

Wheel (G27) Setup for Qualy and Race.
McLaren season 1 Canadian GP (4 minor AERO upgrade +1 minor and 1 major Chassis upgrade + 4 Minor and 1 major PU upgrade),TC and ABS = Off
Qualy lap: 1:08:403 at Q3 on Softs (1:09:099 on mediums)
S1= 19:090
S2= 21:547
S3= 27:765

Qualy strategy for Q3
Do a initial Lap with a worn Set at the start of Q3, then start your ultimate lap with a Brand new set with a manual out-lap for reaching the best Tyre temp (during your out lap set your brake bias to 70 to warm the front more, then back to the original number before reaching the start line) at the start of your Ultimate lap.

Hybrid allocation for Qualy:
High mode from the start line, overtake mode at the start of first DRS zone to the hairpin, overtake mode for second DRS zone to the finish

* With this setup you will have too much Tyre wear at the rear in the race, so for better balance:
soften rear anti rollbar to 4, soften rear suspension to 4, rear ride height to 4, brake bias to 58-60, add one click to rear wing aero
* is you are using ABS assist, you can add 8-10% to brake pressure

Now my first win of the season:D and a McLaren double podium (1st and 3rd place)

McLaren career/season 1 Austrian GP/Comfortable setup for Qualy and race

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1877586599

Wheel (G27) Setup for Qualy and Race.
McLaren season 1 Austrian GP, development tree in the picture:
Upgrades.jpg

TC and ABS = Off
Qualy lap: 1:04:361 at Q3 on Softs (1:05:055 on mediums)
S1= 15.781
S2= 29.063
S3= 19.517

I qualified P4, lando P5 but because of other's penalties we have started P2 and P3

Race's lap times :
laps.jpg

Qualy strategy for Q3
Do a initial Lap with a worn Set at the start of Q3, then start your ultimate lap with a Brand new set with an aggressive manual out-lap for reaching the best Tyre temp (during your out lap set your brake bias to 70 to warm the front more, then back to the original number before reaching the start line) at the start of your Ultimate lap.

Simple Hybrid allocation for Qualy(track map in the link):
All part on Overtake mode except :
1. a little before T4 to T8 should be on high mode
2. during braking, you should lower it to low at the entries and get back to higher modes at the exits (by doing it you can have more ERS for the part of the circuit)

* With this setup you will have more Tyre wear at the rear in the race
* If you have oversteer---> lower the rear height by one point or change both aero number to 5
* is you are using ABS assist, you can add 8-10% to brake pressure
