F1 2011 The Game (Codemasters)
Why did you change the section about the f1 2011 setups? It's silly! And i dont like having my setups with 10 other different setups and now it''s difficult to find some setups, i must search in the pages! I wont upload other setup in that way and i may delete my previous ones!
 
It was changed because it was a tonne of work for the admins to keep things organized. They were expecting the same amount of setups as we had for F1 2010, but this didn't happen. It was a lot of work for very little gain really.
 
No worries, I liked the old forum a lot too!

The problem was that every week the admins would have to:
- rename threads one by one because lots of users couldn't follow instrcutions
- add prefixes to threads (because users couldn't follow instructions)
- update the setup directory post by post (setup by setup)

The general feel is that this was a lot of work, and only really worth the effort if we were having about the same amount of new setups each month as were posted for F1 2010. Bram has said that compared to last year we have about half as many ppl posting setups so there are a lot less setups to sort.
 
Great Set Up, In back straight they arribe to me, bur in the two first sector's you win them.
My options: real simularions, 50% carreer, 1:35.8. start position 3rd, finish 1st. 2nd temp. Rb, G25+ProDriver support.

Notes
Good setup for qualifying, you hit top speed if you draft behind someone down the long straight. Pretty solid on the options, but Primes are tough, because of the low gear in the lower gears you will loose tracking in the turn before the straight and spin if you aren't careful.


All driver aids off, manual transmission.

note: I miss 1:28,832 in classification with wasting fuel and tire wear, I use the gearbox to the lower gear 7 for classification for the car to arrive before the limiter and use kers at the output of the curves 4, 5 , 6 and 7 10.la the subject changes by 350 holes and drs to advance out of the curb 13 gives back wing line circuit

My time was a 1.27.900. auqe my good lap was 1.27.365. but I had been sanctioned in the previous Buelta I canceled the time of this.

I just finished up the 100% race. This set-up needs more grip, or more Downforce. Tyre wear post-patch is killing the Options after just 10 laps in Race trim, and could only get about 17 good laps out of my primes. If anyone has something better please post!

All my setups are for Time Trial where Tyre wear does not come into play.

I like those using my set-up that put the time they do, my time is 1,27,2. only did five laps and the time I did many mistakes in several hairpin bends.
 
I did in the time trial in 5 laps, unfortunately none of them did a good lap, with many problems in Turn 6. With wear classification 1.28, 567, wheeled soft was my best lap Grand Prix mode with the mclaren.

1:28.072 on primes could have gone a few tenths faster but tires just wouldn't hold (my driving not setup)
i spent about a month getting setups from here and decided to sign up today so far mouta21 setups work best for me in race but quali its kyles so good work lads keep it up

With full fuel tank, the car behaves very well. In the L3 tested with a full tank and hard tires and also the car was very stable, so with soft handles quite well. In the turn 9, I like to do it in second gear, but when the car unloading of fuel, you can get to do in third gear (turn 9 and 10, which is drawn only as a single).The setup is more designed for the race, but goes very well with low fuel and new tires to make hot laps..

Almost the same set up as Malaysia,tweaked gear 1 a bit because of the wheel spin.Use this setup for Qualifying.Before you start the Race put rear ride height on 2 to have better grip with the full fuel tank.This is an ok setup with slow tyrewear.I’ve managed to do a 2 stop strategy. I use a thrustmaster Ferrari wheel automatic gears.
