Sf 15T MGU-H Battery mode

Hi everyone.
i drive the SF 15T for a while now, and i still not understand one thing.
what is the point of Battery mode on MGU-H, i mean u have more power with the "motor" mode and you recover also more battery with motor mode, so ....


so i'm quite confused about its real function/utility overall

edit: in game it said that Battery mode increase the SOC, what does it mean here ?

It's been a long time known and reported bug. I would expect it to be fixed for the upcoming SF70H but for now stick to motor mode.

oh so it's a bug, ok thanks.
i understand better now , cause it didn't make any sense.
hope it will be fixed one day...
