Setting up races in Racing Club.

I was wondering if i am allowed to set up races, I would like to set up a Mini Race at Monaco.

Actually i did PM Saul,he might be interested. I also suggested IFM at Monaco,but i'm imagining the approach to first corner. It could get ugly.Any of you guys joining in on V8 Supercars at Mosport 09 on the 13th?
