Setting Up Multi Class Race in Beta UI

I am trying to set up a multi class race in the Beta UI, but I am not sure how to select multiple cars. Could anyone explain how to do it? I am happy to go back to the normal UI if it is easier.

You select customize - session settings - opponents and it is the same as the standard UI
