F1 2011 Save game help needed

I was playing for MClaren by editing the database and it went smoothly until SPA once i entered spa the save was not working and i cannot progress in my career
Here are the files i changed
1.MClaren team for Team selection
2. Used Improved tires version
i was already using old flow.bin i guess it was 1.0
so i need help to enable auto save

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and now with no mods but contuning my Career with Mclaren
I've also Updated the game with 1.2 patch and played Spa for just a 3 lap race to check whether the save was working or not
And it worked and i saved the game and exited then made a Back up for the save game so that i don't want to play the Spa again
I restarted the game to continue with Monza but the save disabled again i don't understand why this things are Happening with this game
Did i done any thing wrong???
