Greg not sure if you use a google translator or something but i suggest to write it down in own words because i dont understand a thing you are saying :D

Bram I dont think the incidents that happened need to be reported. I think discussing it and bringing it to everyones attention has a greater impact on the conduct. I think everyone here is willing to learn and improve. On Fridays we have one of the best club nights going on RD and it will continue as long as this forum stays active and open minded. Marty

from my point of view, I would say: "don't close the door if your fingers are already in, or it may hurt for one as for the other"...

wathever... GR all and thx to let me drive with you guys...

THX Eric and RD... ;)

Warren I think what Greg is meaning to say is this....

For the one behind chasing, has to be careful and not rush to make an overtaking pass at a place that passing is neigh impossible. Takes patience and consistancy to make an overtaking manouver.

We all love racing games, it shows from our commitments in the Friday(Saturday 2am for me lol) Events. As for this track, only a few turns were possible to overtake. The rest including turn 1 is impossible.

Turn 1 & 2 - Impossible
Turn 3 & 4 - Possible and the best place to overtake
Turn 5 & 6 - Impossible
Turn 7 & 8 - Possible

Unless someone makes a mistake at the impossible turns overtaking is risky and could cause you or the car infront to crash out.

I made some overtaking passes at Turns 3 & 4 more than once. But had to be patient on all the rest of the turns. In previous tracks I could be behind a car lap after lap looking at weak points, braking points, drafting etc etc and would end up waiting for the pits to pass the car infront.I actually enjoy racing like this, its fun and tense. I'll stay 1 or 2 laps longer to gain a few tenths. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and thats racing guys.

As for the race I enjoyed it alot, I went to the 87 era and picked the Bimmer. Loved the way the car handled. Couldnt be fast but I was definately gonna enjoy the race with this car. Which I did.

Thanks Eric, thanks RD, thanks all that got involved.

Gary the banter wont be the same without you m8. Take this race as a something that had to happen to discuss about it so the future races get better and better.

Abdul
