Here is the qualification times from an Oceania event before Christmas last year where I managed pole in the WTCC Accord. Have not duplicated that time since and it was a regular 30 minute quali not superpole.
Notice Eric was still racing front drive then. Still have the setup I used for the WTCC Accord if anyone is interested I can load it in game online.

Good old days when I was still actually racing on RD instead of working:(

I have VERY good memories from that track!! It was a lot of fun (even at 2am:))

Better get my report in as well. :D

Qualifying: 7th, I believe. I'm not too good at Limerock...

Race 1: Had an okay start. You were right Eric N, me going up onto the grass was evasive - I had nowhere else to go. Other than that I don't remember much apart from some good fighting with Dennis, and getting lapped... :(

Race 2: I've got a wonderful memory haven't I? I remember almost nothing from race 2, apart from some more battling with Dennis, and generally making a complete mess of my race by sliding to and fro across the asphalt...

I guess Limerock just isn't my track. I cannot put a single clean lap in. I'm hoping to concentrate more on the fun and less on staying off the grass at Ledenon. :)

I mentioned above somewhere I think, Paul Ricard is an easy track and 7 people finished.

I only expect 2 or 3 to finish at Nords....which is why it is a strange choice of track for an endurance event.

Personally I am really struggling with this this track, I can get consistant safe laps of around 7 mins with full fuel, any quicker and I risk finishing my own race......

IT would be good if you could upload that set up Marty. nice lap time BTW. I think we'll find a few guys in the 29's but you aren't likely to get that low in a 30 minute practice unless you are:alien2::alien::hail: (or canadian) or are just a wicked set up GURU.

Hey Mate it was a bit unusual not to see you running better for sure. Limerock is actually a simple track. But it requires a great deal of high speed car control and precision to really fly. We used to say. it takes 50 laps to learn LImerock well. And 5 years to eek out another .25 seconds on your lap times.

Did YOu get a set up from Keith or me? I would have gladly helped you out through teamspeak etc. if you wanted.

Regarding your memory, try using the replays in the game?:wink2: How else do I create a short novel from 40 minutes of racing?:rotfl:

chin up man! your better next time!

Finally , sorry about the crappy start and forcing you AGRO to not spin me.
