Did I miss something? The best sounding car in Assetto Corsa is still silent? Don't let this mod die, I miss my Camaro!

It will not die ... but Pat2611 is rather busy for the moment ... so I cannot tell exactly when the mod will be updated ... but anyway it will happen.

Want to ask if you have also the problem that the camaro do not have any sound outside the car?
The onboard sound is working....

That's the problem for all modded cars of which sounds were not adapted yet for the latest Fmod update, Testdriver77.
The car needs also some 3D tweaks but the 3Dmodeller isn't giving any sign recently.

Our sounds and physics specialist .... isn't very motivated for changing once more tyres, then sounds, then tyres again, then sounds again .... etc ... ( as many others too surely ).

He wishes to do it ... but motivation isn't yet back.

Ok, so i thought already that is the general issue with most of the modded cars.
This is sad.
The Camaro is my favourite car and the sound is awesome!

I can imagine that the motivation to change it everytime after every update is not so high.....
I mean this mod is very cool because there are not so many american cars with such good quality.
Still hope that Kunos could "adapt" this mod and finalize it.

I will resume work on this mod soon, my motivation has been at the lowest for a long time
the many changes on the original gt3 cars impose each time to work a lot on the mod
I need a lot of work on the sound and physic to get to what I want

Some time ago i found an update of this car that has working sound for AC 1.9 and later versions.
I thought it was an 'official' update from the original author, but now i believe the sound has been simply replaced to get it work.

So eagerly waiting for a proper update, Pat!

Last message from Pat261168 "Oct 4, 2017 ". So i doubt an update gonna come one day. This mod is abandonned. Execpt if someone want to work on it, but there was many changes in AC since 2017 so a lot of work is needed on this mod.
