Samsung CRG9 / 49" / 32:9 Monitor (5120 x 1440 1000 HDR)

Do you guys have issues with running Freesync ultimate on nvidia cards (flickering).
I run the 49" 1080p version, 7700k, 1080ti
I tried using ultimate, flickered like crazy (less visible when driving full-screen), on standard little less, but hard to keep between 120-144fps...
On some situations it seemed like it also gave me fps drops (if that's even possible)?

Now I just turned off Freesync and run nvidia fast sync, that gets rid of the tearing.

Games are AC an DR2

Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Little topic bump!

I have an issue with my C49RG90 screen. It's VESA mounted onto an alu sim rig with an integrated monitor mount. Because it's mounted onto the rig itself, there are some vibrations going on. I don't really mind the vibrations, but there's also a rattle / ticking sound on the right back side of the screen which is fairly loud. As if something's loose inside. Luckily I wear headphones so I don't hear it while racing, but I'm worried it might damage something.

Do other people experience this as well? Or do I need to worry?

Maybe the vibrations have caused a screw to come loose and maybe some small board inside as moved,
It could be fine depending on what it is,
But could be power related which could not be safe,
Tbh I’d stop using and send it back if it’s under warranty but don’t mention the tactile stuff :D
I mounted mine like this feels fine

I can only recommend a stand isolated from the servo drive.
My HG90 Bezels came loose when I used it mounted to the steering wheel pillar due to oscillations.
Just push them in place and use an isolated stand
