Regarding TS is it mandatory for a briefing ? As I'm french I'm not certain to get everything

Although I get the impression of the Mosport event being somewhat of a mixed bag for some, I really hade a cracking race this time! Despite the abundance of spinning cars it was great with such a huge field. So I just have to have more!!
