I'd say more if I could. The part I played was complete long ago, I'm as eager to see it out there as much as anyone else. But i think things are almost ready, though its out of my hands.

btw, I have a suggestion: how about a S1 version of the Vortex based on the Zakspeed Viper? it didn't run in the FIA GT 2004, but the simple idea that Zakspeed took the Viper, kept its V10 but changed the crankshaft and removed 2 pistons to transform that V10 into a V8 is an interesting concept. it ran in the 2003 24h of Spa in the G2 class, so, it shouldn't be too much of a problem especially since it finished 5th overall. 1 lap behind the Larbre Competition Viper

Has to be said though that this was in 2003 - when the car still ran as a V10! The "V8" started in 2005 and ran VLN / N24 only.

well, that's wierd. since in GTR 2, that Zakspeed Viper has a V8 sound(it's the only viper to have that sound). I talk about that green Zakspeed Viper number 126. it is listed as a V10 in 2003, but it has the sound of a V8 in GTR 2

That must be you then, because in GTR2 (and I am 100% sure because I *still* have it installed ) it has definitely the same V10 sound. I urge you to check it out.
