What are the other teams with non-black rims?

The Rexing_Labels_Main.dds have the McLaren logo in when it should be Alpha Tauri. The same thing is also in your Red Bull skin.

What are the other teams with non-black rims?

Ferrari and Red Bull have silver rims. Haas have gunmetal/charcoal rims. Mercedes have black rims with teal rimtapes as usual
