Sorry for a dumb question, but if my resolution is 1080p, I don't need this? I need to have 2K or 4K monitor for this?

2k is more than enough, in my personal view. 4k are much heavier and you'll not notice differences unless you have very high settings on your graphics.

I don't think you you will notice the difference with the 4K with the current quality of VR headsets.
I'm using the standard package with my oculus

1- Desinstall everything and reinstall.
2- Check the sound in the game app (speaker icon)

Make sure you are installing the full package, as is, on the main assetto corsa folder. It will all go in the right place
