RPM Public Servers down

How do we plan on recruiting new members in to the Racing Club (WTCC) if we can't race with them on RPM public servers?
After last night's insane Valencia race on one of RPM's public servers Stig decided to close all his public servers and leave only the password-locked server running.
When new racers post on the "Racing Club: Applications" thread they are only accepted after being reviewed by a reliable RPM member, which is normally done by joining the new racers on the RPM public server to judge whether the new racer is a gentleman/lady driver.
How do we plan on doing this now?...

i think we need an admin to watch the races because i had it with thos ramming noobs on the public servers...

setting up a second RaceWTCC room with a password that's available only to people who post in the "applications" thread seems like the only way (password also available to full racing club members so we can join them)
