Rover Mini Type R

Hey everybody,
I search for a Mod Car for AC. The old Rover Mini is a beautiful car. And i have seen a Car like this, with a Honda VTEC engine.
I not know how it work, to build a Mod car.
Can anyone help me???

Maybe you can talk to the author of the mod to realize the Type R?
