Rounding up/down ratings more accurately (4.9 stars should show 5, not 4 1/2)

Hey guys,

I just scrolled through some mod pages and hovered over some ratings.
Shouldn't a rating that has 4.90 stars should be rounded up to 5 stars, since it's more than 4.75?

Of course this has basically no priority at all, but maybe it's just a few clicks?
Would be awesome to see the top rated mods show full blown 5 stars imo
