  • Ariff Roose

I was delayed too!:disapointed:
Anyways. Lets get going with an original track shall we?
lets go to:
PAU

would be nice with a GT Sport or a WTCC 2007 Beemer:smile:

  • Ariff Roose

Good choice with the R8 because you get easy power with nice handling. But I personally dont like the fact that it feels like its on ice.:th_Jttesur:

This combo is extremely difficult IMO. The lack of being able to change major setup parameters like spring stiffness and the lack of a wing make this kind of frustrating even. I guess I'll have to wait until some other people's times are up to see if everyone else is having similar issues.

ya well i dont like much this track and this car but im having a blast drift ftw.
i did 1.23.xxx idk if it fast or not

Ugh, that wasn't fun at all :( I'm going to pass on this week. As Chris said, not being able to change vital settings, combined with with a tight track...ugh, it just isn't fun :(

hmmm... for me the fun comes with the challenge. I also don't like this combo very much, but the challenge is to handle it and to fight against others lap times, which are made under the same conditions. So why passing it a week only because the combo doesn't realy fit the own taste?:sidefrown: (Just my opinion, don't want to tell you what to do)

BTW: change diffs, ARB and chamber and you'll notice very different behaviour.

An other point is that: Taking cars with no ability to change the setup, makes the driver skills much more important and gives people with low setup knowledge a better chance to compare with better drivers, who also couldn't change the setup!

I actually find it quite fun. I was on the server a while ago with Abdul and it was really cool. I love this combo. Brings back memories of when I first got Evo... the R8 and Pau was the second ever combo I tried after adding the Evo content. :in-love:
