Tesla had a few announcements yesterday, including dropping NVidia and having their own neural net chips manufactured for their self driving cars.
They also mentioned having Robo Taxis online in 2020 ( pending regulatory approval )
Once we have a generation of people who don't drive, I wonder if the interest in driving will be similar to the current interest in horseback riding. A few people go off to a track and manually drive cars for a few hours and then are shuttled home.
