Even if i wait a 1 minute it still only crashes when i start rFactor.

Ok, but the first bug-report concern a crash 'in construction' (before application.show on screen :o ), another bug-report is needed (wait 20s before starting the game, I want a crash in my personal code )

Please uninstall the server.
Download and install it again. I have enabled more info for bug-report now...
Version number is the same 0300.

RF1255_MotecAdd_Server.exe closing after starting Rfactor ( There is no Bug Report !)

Restarting the exe - all buttons are green - Server found all 3 Points (Game Process, Local Racer Name, Slot)

But you cant use it, because Rfactor still runs.

Using:
W7 Ultimate
Adminmode (eplicite starting the Exe with Adminrights)
Rfactor Online Version
No Probs with the other Motec Versions

For your problem : "Socket error 10048" (Winsock WSAEADDRINUSE).
Solution: edit DX.ini and replace "localhost" by your IP of your PC (example here : 192.168.0.1), if you don't know your IP start CMD and type "IPCONFIG".

The RF1255_MotecAdd_Server.exe closing at once you if you start rfactor... - no bug report
The exe is on the Whitelist in Antivir, but that isnt the reason why it closed
Something interrupt the exe-process - in the moment the trigger for that is starting Rfactor.exe

ah ok !!, now I think knowing where is the problem.

I build another EXE... (but strange in my W7 and XP it works correctly :/ )

Please overwrite the server with this patch (for test): (link deleted because the InstallShield file is updated with the modified version 0.3.0.1)

When I would be sure to have found the problem I would rebuild the InstallShield MSI and global RAR ....

Ok nice.

But I modified two options (yes it's a bad idea lol), therefore now I do not know which raised the problem.
If you have time tomorrow I would appreciate that you test two others server.exe to identify the undesirable option precisely…

I got the same as Ryan now after the fix.
It's shows connected but there is nothing on the screen.
I bought and download the game from the ISI site.

Load a track and type ALT-TAB to see the server (or start the game in windowed mode)
- All LED is Green ?

If the problem occurs again, replace “localhost” by your local IP in dx.ini.
