rFactor Logitech G15 LCD plugin lost :(

I found out today I forgot to backup the Logitech G15 LCD plugin for rFactor.
Now i can't find it back anywhere on my computer or even internet.
I mailed the original maker Deterium but also no reply back.
Can anybody contact me to upload or email me this little handy rFactor plugin.
I would be very thankfull!!!
