Hi to all Racers here in this Forum. I searched all over the internet and finally i think, this forum is the right place to be.
I am all new to RFactor 2 and a big Fan of the old days of F1 Racing. My first encounter with F1 was in 1990 and since then names like Senna, Prost, Mansell etc. give me goose bumps. So of course i already tried modding Rfactor 2 to get the historic F1 Seasons and all its components running. I have the 1992 Skin Pack from ASR running plus the 1988 F1 Championship. Actually i am desperatly searching for the well praised F1 1991 Mod from ASR to feature the F1 1991 Championship. I have seen countless videos on youtube. Some linking ASRs Site, some dont. But up to now i can't find any source for this mod. Using this forums search tool, i experienced that this isn't really a complete mod. One has to download the 1991 Cars from ASR and manually edit the Game Settings to get a 1991 F1 experience. On the other hand in the www i read through statements saying this Mod is banned cos of violation of rights.
I just want to get some clarification on that. Maybe someone has some places to visit where my old fashioned F1 heart can get what is is searching for. Infos or tutorials for modding RFactor 2 as well as initial game handling are very welcome also.
