Just a heads up that you can use Reshade and still use XD.

Retrolux made reshade version without the need for a d3d9.dll
Just copy the plugins folder and wininet.dll into the root folder of you race 07 install.
Default it is very dark!
Ether open the plugins/ reshade/preset folder and change the retrolux_gtr2_vr.ini to retrolux_gtr2.ini or change the default preset in reshade menu [Crtl+ home]
The settings in the VR preset are already great.
Really like the sharping, also like the brighter colors.
I am sure the settings can be set even better for Race 07!
