Hi,
I have issues with the game being stuttery. It's probably because of my 4 cores only CPU (6600k). Could someone with i7 disable HyperThreading and check how the games behaves on 4 cores only , and then enable hyper threading on compare. Would be grateful, because I'm considering changing CPU to i7.

It's unlikely the lack of cores is the reason. The game only needs around 3 threads overall (2 fully utilized main ones and a few less utilized ones), so unless something demanding is running in the background at the same time, taking up more than 1 thread overall, you should be fine with 4 cores.

i use a i7 7700HQ with a GTX 1070 and buttery smooth with no micro stutter or any stutter of any kind at 1080p everything turned up 100-138FPS.

Borderless Window + Standard Vsync + Shadows to the minimum should solve all stutter issues.
That setting tanks my performance to about 80fps to 40fps, is this normal? I have GTX970 4g and i5 3750, and the game feels janky even that Afterburner and Fraps are showing about 80fps, and when i change Borderless Window it shows about 40fps, really strange.
