Replays not loading

I have had a problem in GSC since a couple of weeks ago where my replays will not load at all. When I press the play button in game my game just freezes until I shut it down using task manager, I have left it on for several hours when I was away to make sure it wasnt just taking long. Problem is not with my replays because other people can load my replays just fine. Problem is there even with a completely clean new install. Everything worked fine before it suddenly just stopped working and I do not recall having changed anything before it happened. This has nothing to do with the new patch, problem started before it was released.

I hope anyone has any idea what could be causing this

for what its worth my replays in rfactor (which probably uses the same replay system?) work fine

@Guus your friends are running the same newest (Steam) version?

I have no clue if this is older than Dec 19, 2015… But since then, that is quite "normal"

Same here. Problems across the board. I'm on Win7 64bit, i5 2500, 8 GB ramming power, Sapphire R9 270X Toxic.

the replays that doesn't work for me are the ones that have high number of drivers in the race, my replay recording settings are

Frames per second: 30.00
Resolution: 800 x 600
Quality: 95

@Alex Sawczuk for me, no replays are loading, no matter if it's only one car or 20 cars in the session.
Here's the settings from my plr:
