Jimi Hughes is your RaceDepartment World Series by Renault season 2 champion. He showed his class around the world famous Sebring International Raceway in Florida to seal the title in a special, 60 minute season finale. Anthony Levene took pole position around the 6 kilometre circuit, followed by Miroslav Davidovic in 2nd and championship leader Jimi Hughes in 3rd position. Hughes’ closest rival, Davy Vandevenne, took 5th place on the grid behind the consistently fast Craig Booth in 4th....

This was truly one of the greatest championships I took part in.
Great clean, fast and fair racing with a bunch of cool dudes

The only downside was, it was to short, could last longer

Grats to Jimmy again, very well deserved title!
Hopefully we can kick of the next one soon again.

Well done indeed to Jimi, and well done to the other drivers for their great driving to make this a championship one to remember.

Also, well done must also go to Marco, who some testing technical stewardship, produced a triumph in rFactor 2 seasons.
His work was nothing short of amazing in running the championship and in choosing the right kind of tracks best suited to the Clio.

Thanks guys, and great report Tristan! Also, I can only echo what Chris said, Marco has done a fantastic job with the admin & technical work involved in running this series, and thanks to his hard work it has been one of the most enjoyable leagues I have had the privilege to be a part of!
