Can I as a „local“ driver (since this rally has a base in the city where I live) start with a car outside my class? DS3 to be exact I don ´t have much time for racing this season but I certainly can ´t miss this one (hopefully).

You can race whatever car you like. But you will get DQ'd by driving a car that you haven't signed up with. So if you want to have a result (Not a DQ "Illegal Car" at the bottom), you must drive the car you picked when you signed up

I'm just guessing this, but after a youtube search of 'Barum Rally' the itinerary will probably be Tarmac & using some of the Czech stages? Just want to get some practice in this weekend on those types on surfaces.
