Drivers
As it's a driver championship only its up to the driver to sign up himself and be responsible for his presence at each round of the championship. Before you sign up for the league i would like you to make sure you'll be present for each round. The league owner ( Yves Larose ) have the right to denied an applicant or might ask the applicant to run a trial race to see if you can keep the car on the track for a certain period of time, its not about fast lap time but just beeing able to keep the car on the track.

The league is not limited to 25 drivers, depending on the number of sign up i will run a pre-qualification system that will goes as follow:

Race 1: on a previous day to the event all drivers except from the CIZC champion ( free Card for the first race ) will get on a server and will be allowed to run 6 laps each, only the fastest lap will be kept and will determine who will take part of the main event.

Race 2, 3, 4 and 5: all the drivers that would have not make the main event of the previous round plus the none point scorer of the previous event will go on a server on a set day prior to the main event and again they will be allowed to run 6 laps each and set a fast lap. the fastest drivers will fill the remaining grid slots for the main event.

RDCCC S2 - Absences

Camaro.png

What is this?

This is the Absence thread of the RaceDepartment Chevrolet Camaro Cup. Here drivers can report when they aren't going to enter one of the races.

Considerations

Only report absent when you run out of options! A driver should always try to be present for each round as its points lost in the championship.

Drivers that often call in as absent will eventually lose their right to start and find themselves replaced with other drivers.

How to report absence?

Reply to this thread and fill in the following fields

Driver: [name of the absent driver]
Round: [1, 2,...5? + track]

Thanks Yves! You can put me on the pre-sign up list again. Loved this so much last year. The Camaro's are a blast and an underestimated series in STCC - The Game.

i'm a little sneaky guy's, since some staff members are gonna probably be part of the league and i don't want them to get a head start the track choice might change :lying: but i can say that the track choice will be as fun and exciting as last year tracks were :wink2:

I know you havent posted the schedule yet here:) but from what I have seen "somewhere" VERY nice track selection!!! This league will rock!!!!
