RD Rally Championship Season 9 - General Discussion

Welcome to the ninth season of RD Rally Championship. After a fairly long hiatus, we have moved from DiRT Rally 1, over to DiRT Rally 2. And the whole RDRC-Staff hope that we have managed to create a championship that caters to all the different drivers needs and wishes for yet another awesome championship here at RaceDepartment.

This is the place to have a social, fun talk about the championship. This doesn't mean that serious talk isn't allowed!
Also, don't be shy, we love to get feedback, no matter if it is critique or praise.

This is awesome, finally its back! 4 years ago this attracted record breaking entries, are we going to see that again? Now finally I have a reason to go test cars, trouble is which one to choose. RWD looks fun...

That's one of the things we are most curious about as well. 4 years is a loooong time, and last time we got a major bump due to others sharing our championship all around facebook and reddit. So the amazing numbers was arguably more down to the users of RD and drivers of RDRC, than the Crew

Now I really wanna sign up, the big question is am I going for my head or my heart. Or so to say R2 or H3. With R2 I have a far higher chance of actually finishing but going sideways in a RWD is great as well. Damn difficult decisions

That's where I am as well. R2 is probably a better fit for me, but I am not sure if I should go with my head or not... I usually don't so I don't really see why I should start now

RDRC-2 is basically the 4WD- class you drove last season!

RDRC-3 will make it more likely that you'll tear up your car

Hi Ole Marius, this is great to see the RDRC up and running again. Congratulations to you and your team for the development of this Series, especially having to move it across to new Sims.
I still dabble a bit with DR2 and find it a good replacement for RBR, and as good as any of the other Sims available. You should have a successful Championship.
I even recognize a few of the names competing, nice to see them still at it. Can I have a little wager on Manuel topping the list?

That magazine is a work of art, a huge credit to the producers.

Just got the game of the year edition for a 10er. Havn't rallied since colin mcrae on the ps1... I was a tarmac specialist back then!! Need to work on going sideways!!!

So what you are saying is that you should team up with @Eckhart von Glan and enter the team "RDRC S1 Veterans"?

Or maybe that's me saying that...
