Incident: @Harrison_David time penalty removal.

Outcome: For the first cut at the last chicane; 5s time penalty converted to a warning. For the extension after contact at T1; warning removed. The 3s time penalty is not removed as the extra warning from the cut at the first chicane cancels out the removal of the track extension at T1.
So in total just 5s removed from Harrison's race time.
