Due to the sole reason that this is my first event as a host outside the rally part of RD. I will be there regardless. So I do hope I will be joined by others

That's a strange one, it all worked for me earlier today.

Usual stuff though:
You own all DLC content needed? GT3 cars and Track?
Have you tried installing the BTCC-NGTC before joining the server? If so, have you tried to remove it and get it solely through the getmod?
