Rally - Mud n Slush @ Japan - Monday 6th & Tuesday 7th February 2012

That was wierd :S

Game crashed on first three stages - no errors nothing just closed down, gave up after that. Anyone any ideas? Is there a log file for RBR crashes or anything?

Oh the frustration, it really kicks up a nerve retiring in such a long stage like Noiker... Had a bumpy ride pretty much in all stages, a couple of times did not escape the fatal act; definitely these cars are too fast for me to handle! Drove really cautious even on the dry stage, it is important for me to finish stages first and foremost.
This kind of conditions really keeps every reflex in action, I enjoyed it!
Thank you to the organisers for once again putting up a nice event for us out of their time.

That went pretty well! I had a decent pace right from the beginning and did a very good time on SS1. SS2 wasn't as good as I flipped the car right after 1st split and I had to call for help. My car also broke down there and I had drive the stage through with the maximum speed of 90km/h. I think I lost about 40 secs on that stage.
Since then I didn't do a single mistake and dominated ( ) the EU session. Noiker particurarly was a very clean run.
Almost 4 minute diff to EU 2nd... And the most important thing is that I beat Kivelä! ;)

I was having an excellent rally until the last stage. On SS8 I tried to fight for the second place in EUX session, but no, I had to crush a few viewers and take a penalty. I am still happy with my driving and I'm learning all the time so beware... And what comes to getting defeated by Rinneaho, I would like to remind that I have still won 2 out of 3. :D

Thanks Senad. Don't worry about me chasing other people's times, I wanna see if I'm just an hour behind... or worse. I'm not taking this seriously... yet, I just want to gain the experience. Hell I haven't even driven through all the stages yet. :p I'm gonna put up a fight for last place.

Had a ball tonight :)
All was going well until Noiker 2, as i was congrating myself coming to the end of the stage my car bounced on that famous bump and started to roll many times, was hopping it would cross the line but it stopped somewhere in the grass. The engine would still fire up but no power, when i finally CFH i found myself less then 2m from the finish line.........Managed to hopped another 1m before the battery died........

Happy with my pace as it was turn up & drive case for me, bit gutted to finish 99.999999...% of the stages but still get DNF...lol.
Its a remainder of the dangers of getting distracted even when the finish line is in sight :D
I,m considering this car for the RDRC as it is one of my favourite WRC cars :)
Thx for setting it up guys and GL.

I retired on he first stage, but other than that it wasn't to bad considering how much practice I had and how difficult this rally was. I'd say it was harder than Monte Carlo was last week at least in my opinion.

Magnar was setting some really fast times in the USX session.

This was really fun!!!
The car (Escort wrc) was very good to drive with default setup and i found the rytm at once so it was just to drive fast but not to fast;). I had no mistakes at all, maybe a little bit carfull somtimes but i'll get to the end i one piece.
Thanks for a very good rally and to the others in USX session. It was fun today.

Can't wait to see how the rest of the Hyundai contingent did. Mine was almost faster than a glacier. I nailed Noiker II, Tanner II and Sipirikakim II with times that shattered my best practice times only to find myself more than half a minute off the pace each time.
