ok gus, i'm having minidumps....dunno why, the only thing I noticed is that Stefan car was actually a Chevrolet Lacetti and had both minidumps while following him. I'm gonna try and race but if you think it's risky for you, i'll drop it

We had a bit of a debate whether we should reset to let you in and then just go straight to race, but with no teamspeak or messager contact, we weren't sure how to get a hold of you. That stinks man. Better luck next time I guess.

I am back with plenty of time so im just confirming that I will take a place if it is available.

First of all thanks to everyone for letting me get on 10 minutes late after downloading the mod. I had been in the crazy 45 lap F1 macau race and then went straight over to this server as soon as I finished. I think I had been using an older version of the mod because when I got back in the car the brakes were definitely stronger and didn't heat up as much. Unfortunately we had 2 guys drop in the warmup because of technical issues so there were only 4 of us but the racing was still as good as ever.

In race 1 my engine quickly started to overheat but I kept going at full speed until I decided to be cautious and start rev limiting to 7k rpm which cooled it down and enabled me to finish in last but still not all that far behind eric who probably had to work in order to pass me

So I started race 2 in pole and was miraculously able to keep the position maintaining a 2.5-3 second gap with full effort on my part. In the final laps things got a lot closer but I still stayed in front and won the race.

It seems I often have better luck in race 2.
