Racing against Daniel Juncadella & Georg Ortner

Hey guys,

yesterday I had a really nice race with/against Daniel Juncadella and Georg Ortner!
I think it was one of the best race's I've ever had.

Daniel drove his first R3E Multiplayer race yesterday, but he is such a fast guy!
But yeah, otherwise he wouldn't be in DTM.

Ok I will try a few FOV settings in the next day´s.
Thanks for you answers.

This FOV was already so high as I installed the game, and I didn´t changed it until now because I got used to it.

Test the FOV Calculator I linked to on the previous page. I also was playing with the predefined FOV in every game because I never heared of it. Until I found this sweet community and have seen the FOV thread.

I play on an 106" screen and sitting about 80" away from the screen. I was playing with 54° on Assetto Corsa and 1,0x on R3E. Then I calculated it and the program said 0,7x / 39° would be my FOV. I changed it and the immersion got to a whole new level. You see your brake points way better and stuff around the track look accurate in terms of size.

Ah and dont forget to adjust your seat position because it will probably be too close after you set it up. I thought I have to play like it is predefined but after I asked here, I have read that I can adjust it as how I wanted. I have to go way back with the seat position.

And if you dont like it, go back to your actual FOV
