From lights to flag, Daniel Higgins and his irrepressable Midland dominated the banks of Indionapolis, leading home ex-Champion Sebastien Levret by over 10 seconds. Third came Torro Rosso and Mike Bell, who's late surge shocked Peter Duivilaar. "I didn't see him coming, and I didn't see him go!" Duivilaar said. Brian Clancy gets his points tally off the mark for 2006, with a cool headed but unremarkable drive to 6th. After last seasons heroics, Honk Racing seem to be on the back foot this year, with Omer Said and Thomas Hackel finishing well down in 9th and 12th.
