Isn't this almost a carbon copy incident of what happened with me vs De Wit at China?

Incident #3
Driver(s) Involved: Patrick De Wit, Jonny Simon
Lap/Turn/Replay Time: Lap 1, Turn 14
Description and Verdict: De Wit is ahead at turn in and leaves room. Simon causes incident resulting in 10 second and 10 position loss. -1.25 Penalty Points for Simon.

I was ahead at turn in with Parisis, I left room and Parisis had room on his inside to avoid contact.

At China, De Wit was ahead at turn in and turned in on me. I was told I was supposed to turn in more (in which I would have most likely understeered into De Wit anyway).

So doesn't that mean De Wit should have left more room? Doesn't that mean I didn't have the angle to take the hairpin at China without contact? But here at Canada it's the opposite, mentioning I should have given more room and Parisis couldn't do anything.

Which incident has been judged correctly? Which incident has been judged incorrectly?

Come on man... I'm posting about this publicly because I don't give a ****, I want a public opinion and not biased opinions from the stewards as it apparently has been that way. Of course I get a penalty which is usual. China I'm at fault, now when I'm in the situation as the victim, no penalty. Just ******* ridiculous. De Wit and Parisis are good drivers nothing against them, I'm just not pleased with the verdict of the incidents. I'm happy to accept where I'm at fault don't get me wrong, so long as somebody can explain this to me clearly.

I uploaded a video below showing a clear perspective of the incidents from both races:
