Before going straight to the incidents verdicts take into account that there has been some rule changes this year regarding the penalty system and it may seem that penalties are harsher than previous years.

This year with the introduction of the Safety Rating value every driver gets 0.50 SR for a clean race.

That means that if a driver has a penalty of 1.5 penalty points he will be able to recover those penalty points doing 3 clean races (0.50 SR+0.50 SR+0.50 SR) while the previous years the driver had to do 5 consecutive clean races in order to “erase” his penalty points.

Incident #1

Driver(s) Involved: Carlos Hernández, Daniel Brewer.

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 1, 0:09

Review: Both driver are approaching T1, Hernández doesn't give enough room to Brewer and both parties collide. Brewer loses one position due this Incident.

Veredict: 0.5 Points for Carlos Hernández.

Incident #2

Driver(s) Involved: Adrián Falcón, Daniel Brewer.

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 1, 0:26

Review: Adrián misjudges the gap between himslef and Daniel, Daniel loses 3 places because this contact. As Brewer just finished 1 sec behind Falcón time penalty will be applied to recover the position.

Veredict: 0.5 Penalty Points for Adrián Falcón and 5 Seconds Added to Final Race Time.

Incident #3

Driver(s) Involved: Victor Ivanov, Dmitry Zaharov

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 2, 1:25

Review: Ivanov dives into Dmitry causing a collision and winning a position. Dmitry couldn't do much to avoid the incident as he was turning already and Ivanov doesn't do anything to avoid it.

Veredict: 0.5 Penalty Points For Victor Ivanov.

* The driver Jose Dominguez and his Team Owner/Team Manager has to contact me in order to participate the following GP with a Conditional License Revoked. I recommend to Jordi San Andres doing the same procedure as his teammate as he only has 0.5 Points left.

2) Incident #3 - Zaharov made a mistake, went too deep, I took the normal racing line and he hit me! I'm sorry but that penalty is not for me.

a)

his car is pointing waaaaaaaaaaay away from the apex and the normal racing line
b)
image.png

I'm turning in for the corner, and I'm already on the inside but that didn't stop him from turning into me
c)
image.png

I didn't change my line, he was turning into my car, trying to block the racing and he hit me because he didn't watch his mirrors causing me to drive with suspenssion damage since lap 2.

I'm sorry but I don't agree with this penalty at all. I think FSR rules say that the car on the inside has the right for the corner if it's under control. Well I don't see mine sliding or not being under control.

Firstly, read the review I did. Once again you went directly to the video instead of reading the Pro Race Director comments.

Secondly, you took my vid as example, but I watched this action kind of +100 times with +100 camera angles cause I wasn't sure which penalty to apply. I asked for different opinions (to ther race directors) and I made a veredict after hearing them.

My first veredict was an official warning for Zaharov and 0.5 for you, because once again, you dive into Zaharov. As I watched many times I saw that when Zaharov starts to turn-in you didn't threw the car yet, not even alongside.

Situation after that was clear:

1) Dive into the driver, you can see in your pics, but in my video sequence you can see perfectly that you are really far when he starts turning in.

2) The attacking party (you) doesn't do anything to avoid the contact. Look your throttle and braking bar...

3) Its an illegal overtake, as you made contact with him and you take an advantadge.

If I considered all this I would give you a 1 Penalty Point but why I didnt? Because I understood that the weird line that Zaharov does could invite you to pass him but you weren't close enough.

And the rules states that:
17.3 Penalties will be administered following the Penalty Guidelines, but these are intended as guidelines only. At the end , the Race Director will be responsible of reviewing each incident independently.

For further explanation contact me in private.

Agree with Carlos, the attacking party should be atleast next to the rear wheel of defending one at turn in point, if the attacking one make a deep overtake from a distance and make a contact, then it is his fault, not the front driver. The front driver was already in corner apex when Victor made the contact with late brake, so no doubt who is in fault here.
